Strengths assessment guide

Know your dominant talent themes.

What is the strengths assessment?

The strengths assessment (academy educational edition, based on the CliftonStrengths idea) helps you see your dominant abilities and talents — the work that naturally gives you energy and better results.

What does it measure?

Instead of focusing on weaknesses, this assessment highlights strengths such as strategic thinking, relating, executing, and influencing. The result usually shows your stronger themes so you can invest in growing those.

How should you answer?

  • Answer at a steady pace, using your first honest impression.
  • Choose the option closer to your real behavior, not an ideal self.
  • You do not need to present a more complete version of yourself than reality.

How is the result useful?

  • Spot better-fit career paths and roles
  • See your natural role on a team
  • Practice and strengthen those themes on purpose

Note: Academy assessment adapted for compatibility with the official version.
